- Coordination with medical facilities and providers
- Transportation arrangements
- Accommodation assistance
- Care management and support
- Administrative facilitation
IMPORTANT: Medical Journey is NOT a medical provider, hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical care directly.
3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS
3.1 No Medical Advice
Information provided on our website or by our staff is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult qualified medical professionals for medical decisions.
3.2 Third-Party Medical Providers
All medical procedures, treatments, and care are provided by independent, third-party medical professionals and facilities in Mexico. Medical Journey does not control, supervise, or direct the medical care provided by these independent providers.
3.3 Cross-Border Medical Care
Medical procedures will be performed in Mexico under Mexican medical standards, regulations, and laws, which may differ from those in the United States. Patients acknowledge and accept these differences.
4. PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Medical Eligibility
Patients must:

- Obtain clearance from their personal physician if required

- Follow all pre-procedure and post-procedure instructions
4.2 Travel Requirements

5. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

5.2 Payment Terms

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
6.1 Patient Cancellations
- Cancellation policies vary by procedure and provider
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing
- Medical Journey coordination fees may apply regardless of cancellation
- Written notice required for all cancellations
6.2 Medical Cancellations
If a medical provider determines a patient is not suitable for a procedure:
- Medical Journey will assist in finding alternative options
- Refund policies depend on individual circumstances
- Medical Journey coordination fees may still apply
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
7.1 Medical Outcomes
Medical Journey is NOT liable for:
- Medical results, outcomes, or complications
- Actions or decisions of medical providers
- Quality of medical care provided by third parties
- Medical malpractice by independent providers
7.2 General Limitations
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Medical Journey for our coordination services. We are not responsible for:
- Travel delays, cancellations, or issues
- Accommodation problems
- Personal injury or property loss
- Force majeure events
8. INDEMNIFICATION
Patients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medical Journey, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Medical procedures performed by third-party providers
- Patient’s failure to follow medical instructions
- Misrepresentation of medical history or information
- Violation of these Terms
9. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Patient information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. WEBSITE USAGE
10.1 Permitted Use

- Mediation: If direct communication fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation
- Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
- Class Action Waiver: Patients waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Medical Journey is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or border closures.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between parties.
